Zhangjiajie Holong Park
"Fireflies in the Forest".
Night tour of Zhangjiajie with fluorescent glow at the golden creek. The short starred artists from the Zhangjiajie Philharmonic Orchestra.
The Zhangjiajie Philharmonic Orchestra participated in a short film using fluorescent graphics technology. The project “Fireflies in the Forest” draws attention to the unique nature reserve Helong Park, Zhangjiajie, Hunan,
China, where on summer evenings, when it gets dark, magic happens: one can observe the fluorescent process, characterized by extremely short time of radiation decay, after the solar energy source is turned off.
You've probably seen the movie The Abyss and Avatar. These movies often show this natural effect, which reminds us that after the energy of the sun, there remains an internal stored energy that humans are only able to enjoy by embracing this natural fluctuation. Slow and subtle.
Fluorescence is commonly referred to as the radiative transition of an excited state from the lowest, singlet vibrational level (scientifically S1) to the ground state (S0).
In this way man observes the amazing colors of nature's night glow. Nature does not fall asleep for a second, but changes its tempo and invites us to hear the heartbeat of the earth.
The great composers of the past centuries, in classical music, repeatedly recreated the presumed beating of the Earth, of nature. That is why classical music, especially the music of Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Gounod, Bizet is so co-sounding with nature.
The musicians of the Zhangjiajie Philharmonic Orchestra invite everyone to visit, Together we will hear and see the true inspiration of our Planet.
