The Zhangjiajie Philharmonic Orchestra (Hunan, China) under the direction of conductor Taras Kutsenko, which includes immigrants from Ukraine, was awarded the award for "best interpretation of a classical work" by The Palm Beach Internarional Awards in the USA. This was reported on February 22 by "Gordon" referring to the information of musicians.
Ludwig van Beethoven's musical composition "ode to Joy" was performed by orchestra musicians and guest stars of World musical culture. During the quarantine, we recorded an arrangement by the orchestra's conductor Taras Kutsenko.
"This project was born in self-isolation during the COVID – 19 quarantine period and is designed to unite people all over the world in the fight against the virus and to achieve spiritual unity," said the author of the project Taras Kutsenko.
The expert jury included famous musicians Arturo Sandoval, Al Di Meola, Slava Moroz-Gutman.

Guitarists Francis Goya and Bernard Wrincq, as well as opera singer, soloist of the Odessa opera and European opera houses Ruslan Zinevych took part in the development of the work.
Sound engineer Alexander Gusev, a follower of the traditions of the Berkeley School of sound engineering, worked on the sound of the musical composition. It was nominated in The Sound Design category for the Best Music Video Award in London.
The project "ode to Joy" is also nominated for a number of prestigious awards in Paris, New York and London, according to the release.
